Before buying hardware, it helps to know what's actually needed.

The infrastructure projects we inherit almost never failed because of the equipment someone bought. They failed because nobody first mapped what was there, what was needed, and in what order to do it.

Our judgment doesn't come from a framework. It comes from having built, certified, and maintained what we recommend.

Three things, in this order

Measure what's there

Infrastructure assessment, datacenter review, and cybersecurity assessment. Before we have an opinion, we map the actual state.

Design what it should be

Topology, capacity, redundancy, and where it grows next. A design that holds for the next couple of years, not the next quarter.

Put it in order

What gets done now, what can wait, and what shouldn't be done yet. A roadmap earns its keep as much for what it postpones as for what it starts.

What we usually get called for

Cloud and hybrid migration

What moves, what stays, and what should never move. Most migrations that end up expensive got that way because everything was moved the same way.

Continuity and recovery

What happens the day it goes down. How long the business can sit still and how much data it can lose — two numbers worth deciding before the incident, not during.

Cybersecurity and governance

Security posture assessment and the rules for who can do what. It starts with knowing what's exposed today, which rarely matches what people assume.

What you end up with

Every engagement ends in formal documentation. Not in a meeting and a recap email.

Infrastructure assessment

  • Executive report
  • Technology inventory
  • Technical diagnosis
  • Identified risks
  • Prioritized recommendations
  • Improvement roadmap

Network health check

  • Logical network map
  • Performance analysis
  • Capacity assessment
  • State of critical equipment
  • Optimization plan

Cybersecurity consulting

  • Security assessment report
  • Risk matrix
  • Identified vulnerabilities
  • Mitigation recommendations
  • Security hardening roadmap

Architecture design

  • Solution architecture document
  • High- and low-level diagrams
  • Technical specifications
  • Manufacturer recommendations
  • Budget estimate
  • Implementation plan

Datacenter consulting

  • Infrastructure assessment
  • Capacity and growth analysis
  • Power and cooling review
  • Redundancy assessment
  • Modernization roadmap

What kind of consultancy we are

We're not a pure consultancy. We're an infrastructure company that also advises, and that comes with a cost and an advantage. The cost: we won't produce a corporate strategy report. The advantage: what we recommend, we've installed, measured with an instrument, and maintained afterward — across more than 600 projects.

When the assessment ends in actual work, the same team that did the assessment does the work. No handoff, no third party interpreting a document they didn't write.
