Accessibility Statement
We work to make insinetgroup.com usable by as many people as possible, including those navigating with a keyboard, a screen reader, or other assistive technology. This statement explains the standard we follow and what to do if you run into a barrier.
Reference standard
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the most widely used international standard. It covers things like sufficient color contrast, full keyboard navigation, alt text on images, and a consistent heading structure.
Current status
This site was built with those criteria in mind: semantic HTML, a single main heading per page, alt text on photographs, and touch targets of at least 44×44 px on mobile. We don't guarantee full compliance on every page — it's ongoing work, not a certificate.
What this statement doesn't cover
Links to third-party sites, including Telefónica's, are outside our control and may have a different level of accessibility than insinetgroup.com.
How to report a problem
If you find content, a feature, or a page you can't use because of an accessibility barrier, write to support@insinetgroup.com describing the page and the problem you ran into. We respond directly and prioritize the fix.
Changes to this statement
If we update this statement in a meaningful way, we'll change the date at the bottom of this page.
