3D design and fabrication

The job doesn't stop over a three-dollar part

It happens on every project. A bracket no manufacturer sells is missing, or the accessory exists but ships in six weeks. The install halts over a part that costs less than the crew's lunch.

We design it and print it. And the install keeps going.

What we make

Custom J-hooks

To route cable cleanly inside a cabinet, or through a space where standard hardware doesn't fit.

Rack accessories

Brackets, guides, and organization parts for the rack you actually have — not the one in the catalog.

Wall mounts

Mounts for equipment the manufacturer never planned for, at the surface and angle the job needs.

How it works

  1. 1

    We see it on site

The technician installing spots the missing part. They don't open a ticket — they measure it.

  2. 2

    We design it

We model the part against the real dimensions of the equipment and the space.

  3. 3

    We print it

It comes off our printer, not from a supplier with a waiting list.

  4. 4

    It gets installed

The job continues. No quote, no import, no excuse.

Let's be clear

This capability is recent: we added 3D printing to our projects not long ago. We're not going to sell you years of additive-manufacturing pedigree. We'll tell you what's actually true: when the part isn't in the catalog, it's no longer something that stops your job.

It's the same reflex that led us to integrate an HID fingerprint reader into the Rhombus platform at BM Cargo. When what's needed doesn't exist, we build it.
