This policy explains what information we collect on insinetgroup.com, what we use it for, and who we share it with. We don't collect more than we need to answer your inquiry or support you.

When you write through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address, and message content. If you chat with INSIA, our virtual assistant, the text of that conversation is processed to generate a reply. We don't ask for or store financial data, passwords, or sensitive information on this site.
How we use your information
We use this data only to answer your inquiry, follow up commercially or technically, and — if you describe an active problem — open a support case. We don't use your information for purposes other than the one that led you to contact us.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information to third parties. We share it only with the providers we need to operate the site: Anthropic processes the text of conversations with INSIA to generate responses, and Vercel hosts the site's infrastructure. Both act as data processors, not as owners of your data.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use advertising tracking cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future to measure visits, we'll update this policy before turning them on.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to support@insinetgroup.com and we'll handle it directly.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole site. No system is foolproof, but we don't leave contact data needlessly exposed.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we'll change the date at the bottom of this page. We recommend checking back occasionally if you contact us often.
