Insinet Group
About us

25 years building infrastructure that holds

Since 2000 we've helped businesses design, deploy, and optimize critical technology infrastructure across the Americas and Europe. We started in Venezuela; today we operate from the United States, Colombia, and Venezuela. That footprint isn't a list of offices: it's why we understand a bank in Miami and a carrier in Bogotá equally well.

Where we come from

  1. 2000

Insinet is founded in Venezuela, designing and deploying technology infrastructure.

  2. 2014

We open Insinet USA in Miami, today our corporate headquarters: from there we serve the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean faster, and we've delivered one-off projects in Spain and Italy.

  3. 2026

We open our own office in Colombia, to be closer to our clients and provide local support across the region.

  4. Today

With 25+ years of experience, we keep delivering the same thing: Data Centers, Networking, Structured Cabling, Electronic Security, and IT Consulting — with 600+ projects for enterprise clients across telecom, banking, aviation, and legal services.

What we're known for

We measure, we don't estimate

Every link we hand over is tested with a calibrated instrument and certified against TIA standards. The report leaves with the client. Most installers don't certify — they estimate.

We don't subcontract

The team that designs is the team that installs and the team that answers. If something drops at three in the morning, the person who built it picks up — not a third party hunting for the drawings.

If it's not in the catalog, we make it

We integrated a fingerprint reader into Rhombus that the manufacturer didn't offer. We 3D-print the bracket nobody sells. When the platform falls short, we extend it.

Certified partners

We're certified partners of CommScope, Corning, Panduit, Ubiquiti, Arista, AXIS, Rhombus, CPI, Vertiv, APC, and Hanwha. Those certifications aren't footer decoration: they define what we design with, what warranties we can offer, and what we're able to certify.

The team

Infrastructure is delivered by people, not by a catalog. That's why we invest in training: a technician who can read a certification result and understand why a link failed is worth more than any brochure.
